The hotel is located in the centre of Perugia, in a &quot;hidden&quot; restaurant near the university, which is essentially furnished but carefully furnished and with the light and the underground creates a beautiful atmosphere. The dishes of the night menu were exquisite and very diverse, especially we appreciated the &quot;Sushi Bridge&quot;, a nice alternative to the classic boat! :) even the more than honest price, if we return to Perugia we will not miss the pass!

Locally souced food. Traditional but with a twist like the semiprecious with peanuts and salty caramel. Pork ribs could be improved by slow cooking at low temperature. Refried &quot;erba&quot; very tasty.

We had a lovely meal, though it seems that they might have forgotten to put in our Secondi. It all still came eventually and the staff was very nice.

So&hellip;I guess this should have been obvious if I had paid attention to the name of the restaurant&hellip;but this restaurant&rsquo;s menu centers around fancy meatballs. Which, you know, can be fun if done right. There was quite an interesting selection, and we tried the shrimp special and veal w/mushrooms. Food came well presented, but taste was just ok. We didn&rsquo;t leave completely satisfied, but other than more meatballs, not sure what else to get. Service was a bit slow, and unfortunately while waiting the nearby table ended up having a couple people smoking that kinda ruined it for us.

The menu is limited and so there is little choice.  Some dishes were good, others like the vegetarian main course, disappointing to say the least.  For the price paid, you can get much better choice of good quality food and better value for money  from other restaurants in the city.

Great local restaurant with high quality food and fun, festive atmosphere&hellip; a must if and when you are visiting Perugia. This evening we enjoyed folk music that enlivened everyone!!!

Steak was quite rubbery even thiugh it was aged for king time. 35 eur for that. Also it says 500-600g, but steak was no bigger than 250-300g. The waiters brought the food and never approached while I was eating, since the steak was tasteless, no salt or pepper.After eating we had another 15-20min to wait for plates to be taken away and had to ask to bring a glass of wine wguchtwas included tin the deal with steak. The waiter clearly didn&#39;t know the menu, so had to finger point in the menu. After asking for the bill, waited around 15min and had to ask again. The restaurant wasn&#39;t that busy and was working only half capacity with 3 waters.

Il locale &egrave; arredato in modo essenziale, ma curato e assieme alla luce soffusa e al sottofondo crea una bellissima atmosfera. I piatti del men&ugrave; serale erano squisiti e molto vari, in particolare abbiamo apprezzato il &quot;ponte di sushi&quot;, un&#39;alternativa simpatica alla classica barca! :) anche il prezzo pi&ugrave; che onesto, se torneremo a Perugia non mancheremo di passare!

Qualit&agrave; delle materie prime alta, preparate in modo eccellente. Porzioni abbondanti e servite in modo caratteristico. Buona esperienza!

Cibo buono, ma consiglio a the fork di eseguire dei controlli. Sulla app c&rsquo;&egrave; scritto che si pu&ograve; pagare con the fork pay (e dunque usare le gift card), mentre, arrivato alla cassa, la signora mi ha detto che non lo accettano. Ne perde di credibilit&agrave; l&rsquo;intero sito cos&igrave;.

Good food, but I advise the fork to check out. There is a written application that you can pay with the fork pay (and thus use the gift cards), while, when the lady arrived at the cash, she told me they would not accept it. The whole site is losing credibility.
